US singer and ex-husband to the late Whitney Houston, Bobby Brown has been arrested for driving under the influence; yes he was drinking and driving.
Brown who was arrested a last night by law enforcement in Los Angeles was initially pulled over for allegedly driving while talking on a cell phone.
Reports say the 43-year-old is currently in the Van Nuys jail. If convicted, this will make it the second time running for Brown who faced a similar charge in Georgia 1996. He spent eight days in jail back then.
It's been a busy year for the former New Edition band mate; Brown walked out of his ex-wife Whitney Houston's funeral service and weeks late performed in Nigeria alongside Bel Biv Devoe.
