Heidi Klum has addressed her recent breakup with singer Seal to whom she was married for six years.
Klum who covers the April edition of fashion publication Elle talks about her shocking separation but however doesn’t go into intricate details.
‘I don’t want to talk positively or negatively about the ups and downs that we had. Every couple goes through things. Unfortunately, we’re in the public, so the highs are out there. But I don’t think it’s necessary—especially for our children—to have the lows being printed in magazines and talked about’, Klum reveals.
‘I felt that people at least had a right to some kind of explanation (for our separation)’, she continues.
In January 2012, the pair announced their separation, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the surprise split.
Klum, 38, appears on a double cover along with a pregnant naked Jessica Simpson.
