Nicki rapped on the song from rapper Lil’ Wayne released ‘Dedication 4’ mixtape; that she would be voting for Republican candidate Mitt Romney come November 6.
‘I’m a Republican voting for Mitt Romney, You lazy bitches is fucking up the economy’, Minaj rhymed.
Well Obama during an interview with Orlando radio station Power 95.3 addressed Nicki’s verse stating;
‘I’m not sure that’s actually what happened. I think there’s a song on there – a little rap that said that. But she likes to play different characters, so I don’t know what’s going on there’, Obama said
The President also added that his daughters Sasha and Malia don’t listen to Ms. Minaj that much. Ouch!
Minaj then responded to Obama’s statement on Twitter by settling what could have gone the other way if not handled carefully;
