Pop teenage sensation, Justin Bieber is to face the law for tattooing without a licence. Guess you didnt know you needed licence to tattoo ryte?? well i also didnt know, But i doubt that those guys who are under Lagos Bridges don't no they need a Lincence before tattooing,

The 19-year-old Bieber was armed with a needle as he etched a cartoon portrait of a muscled mouse and the word ‘Swaggy’ on a man’s calf in a photo obtained by the New York Daily News.

The man getting the tattoo appears to be Bang Bang whose real name is Keith McCurdy, a Manhattan-based tattoo artist who has inked big names like Rihanna, Chris Brown and Katy Perry.
According to the publication, the pop star could face a $2,000 fine from the New York City Health Department if he was unlicenced when he tattooed his pal.
