Tanker fire burnt 24 vehicles on Lagos/Ibadan Expressway

Fifteen articulated vehicles, a luxury bus, five mini buses, a car and two pick-up vans were completely burnt in the accident that happened in the early hours of the morning.
The sad event happened around 2am on Saturday June 2nd on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway. A tanker carrying fuel fell, caught fire, and at least 24 vehicles around it got burnt.

it was confirmed that The accident left thousands of passengers stranded on the road for over 7 hours.


Bomb blast at Living Faith Church Bauchi killed 12



12 people were killed following a suicide bomb attack at Living Faith Church, Bauchi. “From the account at our disposal, the bomb explosion occurred when some worshippers were just coming out of the church. Although the car involved in the explosion had attempted to hit the church but it could not get to the building.
“The car rammed into the entrance leading into an instant bomb explosion. Of course, many cars which were parked within the premises of the church got engulfed.

the corpses of 15 people and 42 others who were injured were evacuated to Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Teaching Hospital in Bauchi.”
