Her name is Ester Ndanu and from what we can see, she is Ice Prince's number one fan. She tattooed his real name "Panshak Zamani" and got a shout out from Ice Prince on twitter for that. If she is happy with what she got, I am also happy for her. At least her effort to get his attention was not in vain :)
