It’s well known at this time that Wizkid is embarking on a UK tour in June 2012, however it has now come to light that Basketmouth has also organised a UK tour for August.
According to the press conference video, besides Wizkid performing at Manchester Birdcage on the 3rd June and London HMV Apollo on the 4th of June, there is one more stop on his tour that he will be making which is yet to be announced.
The Wizkid tour will see EME artist Skales and top UK artists yet to be named, taking to the stage alongside Wizkid.
Baskemouth’s UK tour; ‘Baskmetmouth Uncensored at the Olympics’ will be taking place in HMV Apollo on the 11th and 12th August 2012. We can expect that Basketmouth will bring his comedian friends along. More dates may be added.
Towards the end of the Interview Wizkid also let on that he will be collaborating with UK Nigerian artist Tinie Tempah.
