A day after stepping out with a long multi-colored ponytail, the singer greeted fans outside of her hotel today [May 9] wearing a white Alpana and Neeraj dress peplum dress, paired with her signature boots.
Always one to have critics talking, Gaga completed her look with shades and a white saucer-style hat.
