Lagos State Government Sack 788 Striking Doctors





I'm sure you all know that doctors in Lagos State have been on strike for a while now (Since April 24th). They want an increase in salary and a downward review of taxes, among other things. Well, yesterday the Lagos State Government announced the sack of over 7,88 striking doctors in its employ and employed a total of 373 new doctors.what do you think sincerely about this????
Is sacking them the way forward? Please share your thoughts....hmmm...

That was an irrational decision. For hw long do they think the newly employed doctors will be placated by their earnings and not make demands like thesebunfortunate ones. Anyway unless they want to keep on dismissing and employing doctors @ will. They should easy sha o, cos I'd like an experienced old hand with me in the labour room and not a doctor still wet behind the ears. Cheers Fashola.
