ther's been investigation's going on; now, Nigerian Entertainment Today can confirm details of super-producer Don jazzy’s new home.
D’banj’s estranged partner has moved into to a super expensive house inside NICON Estate, in Lekki, Lagos.
Real estate experts tell us the least expensive price for a NICON house, is in the realm of N9m per annum. We’ve been told Jazzy’s home (pictured, with a black Range Rover parked in front) is in a ‘choice area’ in the estate, and ‘not in anyway cheap’.
Meaning he could have coughed out up to N30m or more for the new pad, we’re told.
‘I know he has his one houses he bought in Lagos. But I’m sure he didn’t buy the house in NICON. So he must have rented the place, and it must have cost a fortune’, one source told us last night.
Sources say one of the reasons that informed Jazzy’s relocation, was when he discovered his partner Dbanj, with whom he recently split, had changed the keys and locked up the Lekki residence once occupied by himself and Don Jazzy. We’re told the producer briefly stayed with another Mo’Hits act Dr SID at his 1004 residence, before moving into his own home.
Before moving over to Lekki, a Lagos suburb favoured by the upwardly mobile and elite Lagosians, the Mo’hits crew all lived together at the popular Maryland duplex.
When our photographers paid Don Jazzy a visit over the weekend, they were told that he had travelled to South Africa. The producer along with Wande Coal, D’Prince and Dr SID had attended a launch of a Samsung Hi-Fi product which he reportedly helped design.
