Rob Kardashian, brother to famed socialite Kim Kardashian landed himself in trouble while trying to joke around with paparazzi in Miami early Sunday morning as he ended up handcuffed and nearly arrested as a result.Sources close to Rob told TMZ he was out with some friends when he saw a photographer taking pictures from across the street. 'Rob thought it would be funny to start sprinting towards the photographer. The photographer however took it the wrong way and ran away screaming for help'.
According to our sources, Rob followed the guy into a smoke shop to try and clear the air but the police saw the whole thing and decided to get involved.
Immediately the paparazzi sees the cops, he yells out, 'He's attacking me … he chased me … he tried to kill me'. But during the video, Rob never lays a hand on the pap.
After interviewing both Rob and the paparazzi, evidence confirmed he was just joking and he was immediately released.
