Beyonce penned an open letter to a young boy whom she met backstage at one of her concerts back in 2007 when he was 13-years-old.Timmy Kelly, now 18, was born both blind and with Cerebral Palsy but has proven that anything is possible.
Kelly recently graduated from Lower Moreland High School in Huntingdon Valley, PA and has plans of furthering his education.
Queen B, keeps giving me a reason to love her more and more...this is so heart warming....
